Power Users, who are the HR professionals who will use the AZ360 system on a daily basis to perform their responsibilities, are required to complete instructor-led training courses before they may work in AZ360. Optional Activity Labs in all course areas are also available to give Power Users more exposure to performing activities in AZ360 in a training environment.
All Power Users must complete the HRM101 - Introduction to AZ360 training course before taking any other course. Following their completion of HRM101, Power Users must complete the training course(s) for their assigned functional area(s) (e.g., Position Control, Personnel Management, Benefits, etc.). Activity Labs are available as an option for Power Users who want to have more exposure to system functionality, but these sessions are not required.
Power Users will register for all sessions (courses and Activity Labs) via the State’s learning management system, TraCorp. Power Users should review the training schedule to identify the sessions they plan to attend, and register for those sessions through TraCorp. TraCorp will send registrants calendar invitations for any sessions for which they have registered, so Power Users will want to ensure they ACCEPT these calendar invitations.
Any changes in training courses, including cancellations, need to be completed by the Power User via TraCorp.
Training for all employees in AZ360 self-service functions, such as completing a timesheet or enrolling in benefits, will be provided in alternative ways, so there is no need to register for training.
