The AZ360 HRM system is replacing the State of Arizona’s personnel, benefits and payroll data management and services platform (Y.E.S.). Similar to Y.E.S., AZ360 HRM self service options include things like submitting timesheets, requesting leave, enrolling in state benefits, and updating direct deposit information among other things.
Training for AZ360 Employees and Retirees will be through self-learning training materials and resources, including quick reference guides and videos. There are no training sessions and no dedicated training period for end users.
Self-learning content will be published as it is developed and will be continuously updated based on frequently asked questions and feedback. Please check back regularly for additional resources and updates. These self-learning materials are intended to help employees and retirees learn how to navigate and operate in the new system at their own pace and convenience.
