The State’s Human Resources Information Solution (HRIS), administered by the Arizona Department of Administration on behalf of the State of Arizona,  processes over $2 billion in annual payroll, human resources employment administration for 44,000 State employees, and benefits administration for employees and retirees of all branches of State government, including the three universities. The HRIS Modernization Project will enable the State to replace the aging legacy HRIS system and support the State's business requirements for Human Resource Management.

The modernized solution uses leading edge software to implement a full-scale, integrated, single platform, cloud solution favorable for large government enterprises.
