Employees and retirees can update personal information in AZ360 including contact information like your address or phone number, emergency contact information, or a name change. Employees and retirees can also request an assignment update to submit requests to HR like military leave, FMLA, license or certification update, resignation request and more. Pay slips, previously called pay stubs, and pay details can be viewed through the Profile quicklink on the Employee homepage. Year to date pay, deductions, and net pay are displayed. Direct deposit details can be added or modified through the Profile quicklink on the Employee homepage. Multiple accounts can be created with specific amounts or percentages to be deposited in each account. Review the Employees/Retirees Resources for self-learning training materials.
