The AZ360 HRIS Modernization Project has a new implementation date of June 4, 2025. The project to replace and modernize the State of Arizona’s obsolete Human Resources Information Solution (HRIS) was scheduled to begin cutover the week of May 12 with a projected go-live date of May 20.

The two-week postponement allows additional time for testing and stabilization of the environment in which the new system, called AZ360, will operate.

Most state employees experience HRIS through the Y.E.S. self-service platform to submit electronic timesheets, select benefits, and manage payroll and employee information.

The last day employees will be able to access Y.E.S. is Tuesday, May 27, 2025. That day at 2 p.m. a system freeze will go into effect through June 3, 2025. AZ360 will go live the morning of Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Employee timesheets are due at 5 p.m. Friday, June 6, 2025. The first pay day in AZ360 is Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Agencies are asked to use the extra time to coordinate internal go-live help desk teams and encourage employees to review online resources that will help them get familiar with AZ360. Access learning resources at https://az360.az.gov/az360-training.
