Agency Captains December Message

Season’s greetings and happy holidays to you all! I’m sure like many of you, I like to pause at this time of year to reflect upon what my teammates and I have accomplished, always with an eye on the big picture and what’s in store on that great horizon of the coming year. With this perspective in mind, I thought I’d use this update to briefly preview what we have planned for you in the months between now and the May 20, 2025 Phase 1A Go Live date. The next five months will be exceptionally busy for the whole project team but especially for the Organizational Change Management and Training teams—and all of you, Agency Captains, our partners in this AZ360 experience. This is our time to shine, and we are depending on you!
