The new portal will be called AZ360. Whether you are a power user or an employee you will sign in with one username/password.

For those HRIS portals in scope for phase 1A, are we replacing the entire module (HRIS, YES) or are we keeping the name and only changing the backend functionality?

This is a complete platform implementation. We will be using AZ360 Employee self service and manager self service along with their HRM module which includes benefits, payroll, time and leave and HR.

Is the URL hrsystems.azdoa.gov changing?

hrsystem.azdoa.gov will stay the same, but the link you click on to get into "HRIS" will change.

 Layouts will be shared with the agencies as the interfaces are developed. Keep an eye out for messages from the Project Technical Team’s Jim Spielman.

What do we do when a transaction requires multiple approvals if we only have two staff members set up to approve?

If the transaction requires multiple approvals, each agency will need to include additional roles to approve transactions. Multiple approval levels are only required in certain circumstances, like when a timesheet is submitted by a manager.

AZ360 validates transactions before submitting them to a final phase. System validation edits can be set at four levels. 

Will the AZ360 have a Performance Management module and when will it be available?

Performance management is part of the project’s Phase 1B, which is scheduled to begin in October 2025 with a proposed deployment date of October 2026. Agencies have been given the option of staying on MAP until the performance management module in AZ360 is ready for deployment.
