Y.E.S. Replacement/Cutover Update

Effective June 4, 2025, Your Employee Services (Y.E.S.) will be replaced with a modern, cloud-based solution called AZ360. The last day employees will be able to access Y.E.S. is Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 2 p.m. when cutover begins. The first pay date in AZ360 will be June 12, 2025 (for pay period ending June 6). Beginning June 4, use az360.az.gov to submit a timesheet. Employee timesheets will be due by 5 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 and must be approved by 12 p.m. (noon) Friday, June 6, 2025. Expect to receive detailed instructions starting Wednesday, May 28, 2025.
