Remote Work Agreement (RWA) Update

The ADOA Human Resources Division is implementing a new solution that will replace the current Remote Work Agreement (RWA) that is available to employees through HRIS. The State of Arizona is modernizing HRIS, replacing it with a new platform called AZ360. During the planned cutover from HRIS to AZ360 in late May, employees won’t be able to access the RWA process in HRIS after May 27, 2025. The new RWA solution is scheduled to begin during the first week of June. ADOA will notify employees who have an RWA that is due to expire in May or June and encourage them to renew their RWA in HRIS before 2 p.m. on May 27 to avoid a lapse during the cutover from HRIS to AZ360. Agencies may expect to receive more information from ADOA about the RWA process after the AZ360 implementation.
