AZ360 Updates

Friday, May 9, 2025 is the last day employees will be able to make changes to their personal information, beneficiaries, etc. in Lawson HRIS/Y.E.S. 

Monday, May 12, 2025 is the last day system power users will be able to key employee transfers, new hire/rehire actions, separations, FMLA and donated leave transactions. Agencies will need to hold and track these transactions and wait to key them into AZ360 after go-live.

Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 2 p.m. Lawson HRIS/Y.E.S. access ends so the project team can begin system cutover activities. 

Tuesday, May 20, 2025 is AZ360 Phase 1A go-live.

All State of Arizona employees will receive written instructions with the AZ360 system URL and log-in information before go-live.
