No, there will be no auto-populating for timesheets.

If the manager has not approved a timesheet modification before payroll is run, what happens?

Only the approved (Final) transactions will get picked up by Payroll. Version 1 (original) is the Final version of the transaction until the Modification (version 2) is approved. If the Modification version is not approved, the original timesheet transaction will be processed.

If an employee has received donated leave and happens to die before that leave can be used, what becomes of the unused leave time?

Unused donated leave is returned to the donating employee. 

Will the system be able to track medical LWOP (Leave without Pay)?

YES, AZ360 will be able to track medical Leave without Pay (LWOP).

What options exist for employees on FMLA to extend their leave time if they aren’t ready to return to work?

Employees can return to the beginning of the FMLA flow, and following approval, they can exhaust all other available types of leave, e.g., donated leave, PTO, sick leave, etc.

YES, this functionality was identified as a priority requirement of the new system.

Can attachments be included with leave requests, and does AZ360 require agencies to use them for leave requests?

Attachments can be included with leave requests, but it is at an agency’s discretion whether attachments must be used. The AZ360 application will allow for their use, but it won’t require them.
