Will AZ360 be able to store personnel files electronically? Will agencies be able to convert to electronic files that will work with AZ360?

Yes, AZ360 will be able to store personnel files electronically. New files will be created in AZ360 and any existing files prior to go live will be converted. Details for how this will be done are still being figured out.

How will AZ360 display an employee’s entire length of service (LOS) record?

AZ360 will allow you to view an employee’s entire length of service (LOS) record on the Employee Status Maintenance Transaction page including breaks in service. For example, an employee works at Dept X for 6 years, takes a break for 3 years, and returns to Dept Y and serves another 10 years. When calculating the employee’s total LOS, AZ360 will display the total of 16 years.

Will Equifax, the system used to conduct the E-Verify (I-9) employment verification, be integrated with AZ360?

Yes, E-Verify will work the same way in AZ360 as it currently does with HRIS. New hires and rehires will be directed to Equifax, where their employment packets, including 1-9 and other forms, will be created. AZ360 will also send data to Equifax for the Work Number like it does today.
